Locate the latest firmware version. Compare it with your current version to ensure it is newer. Download the firmware zip file to your computer.
: Never update router firmware over Wi-Fi. Connect your computer to one of the router's LAN ports using an Ethernet cable.
If it was working fine before, consider to the previous firmware version if Tenda still hosts older releases.
Note: The app only works for N300 models manufactured after 2019 (e.g., N300 v3, F3). Older W308R/W309R require the web method.
