There are several reasons why the "No Sim Found" error occurs in Mastercam X5:

A is a physical USB key that holds your license. It must be plugged into the computer you're working on. NetHASP is a network license managed by a "license server." Multiple computers can "borrow" a seat from this server as long as they can connect to it on the network.

If your shop uses a floating network license rather than a local USB dongle, the error indicates your computer cannot communicate with the license server.
