Once the counter hits 100%, the printer locks itself down to prevent ink from overflowing and damaging your desk.

You can remove the internal felt pieces, wash them under running warm water until clear, squeeze out the moisture completely, let them dry in the sun for 24–48 hours, and reinstall them.
